Q: Do you create landscape designs?
A: We work closely with our clients through an initial, comprehensive evaluation and consultation service to provide a drawing of a landscape tailored to enhance the overall beauty of each unique property.

Q: What are the hours you will be working on our home?
A: We follow local ordinances working typically between 8:00 am. & 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday.

Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: We currently accept cash, checks or credit cards and have special finance programs

Q: Are you licensed insured and bonded?
A: Yes to all three and we can offer to provide our clients with certificates upon entering into a contract.

Q: Do your crews speak English?
A: Yes, all of our crew leaders speak English and are American citizens

Q: How many years have you been in business?
A: Since 1986

Q: Where do you buy your plant materials?
A: We buy our plant materials from wholesale nurseries who carry locally grown stock. Our sod comes from Central Sod Farms. Inc., the Midwest's largest sod grower which supplies sod to Chicago's professional ball fields (Solder Field, Wrigley field). Our perennials and groundcovers are supplied by Midwest Groundcovers LLC.

Q: Do you offer a warrantee?
A: Yes, our plant material is warranted for one year and our Hardscape is warranted for two years.

Q: How do I know you will honor your warrantee?
A:
1. It will be in writing
2. Ask any of our references or past customers
3. Our 30 year history speaks for itself.

Q: Can I get a complete evaluation of my property and a consultation?
A: We provide clients with a comprehensive analysis of their property and an opportunity to discuss any concerns about their landscape. Clients will receive a service proposal and suggestions for enhancing their landscape.
